Our parish collects new school supplies from parishioners and the local community.  These are then distributed to needy children at the beginning of the school year and throughout the school year as needed, helping them to overcome social embarrassment and impediments to learning.  The group also collects supplies to supplement the parish school teacher's Wish List, assisting the teachers throughout the school year with items needed they would otherwise have to purchase.
 
A Tools for School Donation Truck collection is held yearly in August approximately two weeks before the classes begin.  The parish distributes school supplies for an average of 275-400 children!  The Tools for School list will be inside the bulletins this weekend, July 19th & 20th, and we will collect your donations at the back school doors on August 2nd and 3rd.
