Can't see our web documents? Here's how!

Many times forms, documents and other attachments are created in software other users wishing to view can't access. This is usually due to:

1) not having the software program loaded (the document loaded is Microsoft Word and the person viewing has Microsoft Works (Works is a standard free load that comes with a new computer while Microsoft Word would have to be purchased.)

2) not having the same version of the software, ie, the person viewing has Word 2003 or earlier and the document on the web is Word 2007

The FIX
The web masters for SMG will attempt to load future documents in both Word 2007 and / or Adobe.

Adobe Reader:
Adobe, commonly referred to as a PDF document, offers a free viewer that periodically has newer versions available for free download. Microsoft Word Viewer:
Viewers are a read only option meaning that with it you can see and read the documents but you do not have any ability to add or make changes to it.
