Clinical Counseling
Clinical Counseling is available one day a week at St. Vincent de Paul in Arlington.
A Bilingual Clinical Counselor is available at St. Jude in Mansfield one day a week.
English and Spanish-speaking counselors are available at our Arlington office one evening a week.
Counseling sessions are by appointment only; call (817) 534-0814 to schedule.
Community Connections
Case management and information & referral services are still available through Arlington Deanery parish referrals only. The Service Coordinator can work directly with the clients, or with the parish outreach societies to coordinate the needed services and provide direction.

Dental Clinic
Potential patients must reside within one of the 28 counties served by the Diocese of Fort Worth.
Patients qualifying for dental services must have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. The dental clinic does not restrict services in regard to religious affiliation, race, ethnicity, gender or disability.
Private insurance not accepted; all fees are out-of-pocket; call (817) 289-3882 for eligibility and scheduling.
Financial Assistance
There are limited rental assistance funds available for Tarrant County residents only (Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, and the surrounding areas) – clients need to call (817) 534-0814 to schedule an appointment. Funds will be available through March 2013.
We currently have assistance available for TXU and Reliant Energy, as well as Arlington Water. Limited assistance is available for other utility bills through March 2013.
Limited funding is available through Area Agency on Aging for utility services for senior citizens over the age of 62. Clients must call (817) 534-0814 to access funds on the first or second weekday of the month.
Immigration Consultation Services
Consultations are available only on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Fort Worth office. The hours are Monday-Saturday, with the office opening at 7:00am on weekdays, and 7:30 on Saturday.
Consultations regarding DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) are on Thursday at 7:00 am and Saturday at 7:30 am. A brief informational session is free and open to all; if an individual wishes to work with Catholic Charities, paperwork will be initially screened at that time, and an appointment will be made for a later time.
Nuestro Hogar (Housing for the elderly and disabled)
There is limited space available for low-income elderly people over the age of 62. Due to funder restrictions, there is currently no space available for individuals with disabilities.

Project Access
A partnership with the Tarrant County Medical Society to pair medical specialists with patients in need of surgery, medical testing, or procedures. Candidates for surgical procedures may need cataract surgery, surgery for hernias, etc. No ongoing treatments such as dialysis or cancer treatments are covered. Clients must be uninsured and below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Street Outreach Services – S.O.S. Team
For unsheltered homeless individuals in Tarrant County.
Call the hotline number: 1-877-414-8345. The client should leave a message with their name and contact number, and one of the case managers will call the client.
St. Joseph Health Care Trust
As of January 2013, a specialist from SJHCT will be available to see clients one day a week in Arlington. Scheduling will still be conducted through Central Intake, listed below.
Serving the medically uninsured and underinsured in the Diocese of Fort Worth, providing access to: prescription assistance, doctors’ visits, hearing aids, eyeglasses, counseling services, dental services, medical goods, diagnostic testing, and health screening.
Clients can be screened for access with an appointment in Fort Worth or Arlington - call Central Intake for scheduling (817) 534-0814.
“WHEELS” - Transportation Services
On September 1st, we merged with American Red Cross Wheels program, greatly expanding our capacity to provide transportation services to individuals and families in need. Various programs can provide transportation at a low cost to individuals – to and from work, medical appointments, and other events. Exact services depend on the area and specific program.

Veteran Services
There is currently no financial assistance available for homeless prevention, only for those who are currently homeless. Call the SOS hotline number 1-877-414-8345 for more information and scheduling.
